Mobile Adventure Walks is part of the SCOUTStrong Presidential Active Lifestyle Award Challenge. To earn the SCOUTStrong PALA Challenge Award, Scouts, Venturers, Parents, Volunteers, Council Staff, Board Members, Friends of Scouting, and BSA Alumni are required to meet a daily activity goal of 30 minutes a day for adults and 60 minutes a day for kids under 18 for at least five days a week, for six out of eight weeks.
 
Feet First works to ensure all communities across Washington state are walkable. Feet First and their volunteers are creating Adventure Walks throughout the state of Washington, while incorporating Mobile Adventure Walks into their programs, including a Walk & Talk with the Mayor of Redlands.
 


Every year The City of San Francisco's Shape Up Walking Challenge promotes walking and healthy habits while providing resources to the participants to help keep them motivated. The challenge brings together teams of people to walk the coast of California. Mobile Adventure Walks is a sponsor as well as we're working in partnership with the program.



Mobile Adventure Walks is partnering with Shape Up San Francisco to encourage participants to get out and walk by highlighting 10 amazing Adventure Walks in San Francisco, as we'll as we are hosting Adventure Walks during the Walking Challenge. 



Mobile Adventure Walks is partnering with The City of San Francisco and their program, Shape Up San Francisco.


 

The mission of America Walks is to make America a great place for walking. Mobile Adventure Walks supports their National Walking Vision.


  
ReAllocate brings together technologists, designers and innovative thinkers to solve real-world challenges faced by humanitarian organizations. ReAllocate designed a brace to cure Club Foot, and we're working together to bring awareness to their innovative solution while helping them to raise money by hosting themed Mobile Adventure Walks for their charity.




Mobile Adventure Walks was the featured Physical Activity at the 2011 APHA Annual Meeting. Instead of a traditional 5K, attendees at the conference participated in Adventure Walks, including a themed Halloween walk on October 31st. Read more about us through the APHA blog.

The Physical Activity Pharmacy is promoting Mobile Adventure Walks as resource for Exercise is Medicine.



Walk San Francisco and it's members are making San Francisco a more livable, walkable city and a pedestrian advocacy organization. Walk SF hosts an annual Peak to Peak challenge as well as many other events promoting walking throughout the year.



The San Francisco Film Museum and Mobile Adventure Walks co-hosted an Adventure Walk through Historic Jackson Square, highlighting history as well as locations movies were filmed in San Francisco. And, more to come...



Boston Properties and Mobile Adventure Walks hosted the first Adventure Walk in conjunction with employees working in The Embarcadero Center, followed by complimentary drinks from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.



Mobile Adventure Walks and Presidio Sports Basement partnered to host an Adventure Walk starting at their business.


 

Participated in Health Gaming Roundtable. And, presented in conjunction with Bay Area LifeTech and the Netherlands Consulate.
